Here she is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a morning!!!  Chelsea is more adorable than we could ever have imagined!  What a little munchkin!  It was a half hour car ride from SWS to her foster mother's apartment. When we arrived, her foster mother was just returning from a morning walk with Chelsea in her stroller.  She was all smiles when her foster mother took her out of her stroller to greet us.  We went inside, had some juice and spent an hour playing and staring at her!!  She is so cuddly - and not quite as chubby as she appears in the referral pictures!  She crawls & can stand & cruise while holding onto something.  She has the greatest smile with the deepest dimples we've ever seen!  Perhaps the cutest thing she did though was suck her thumb and hold onto her blankie - which her foster mother says she does when she's tired.  Now we have to keep track of Brody's puppy AND Chelsea's blankie!!  

Her foster mother said that she is very calm and sweet.  It is obvious that Chelsea's foster mother loves her like her own.  It is equally obvious that Chelsea adores her in return.  The bond is unmistakable.  We are so lucky that both of our children have had such wonderful people to love and nurture them in the beginning months of their lives.  

After an hour of playing with her - and staring at her!! - it was time to go.  On Thursday at 11am (Wed. 10pm NY time) we pick her up at SWS & she's ours forever.  In the meantime, here are a bunch more photos of our first moments with our beautiful little girl...

So, off to lunch & then sightseeing!!
